TOD: TRANSPORT-ORIENTED-DESIGN: A NEW AXIS OF HOUSING AND RECREATION FOR ANACOSTIA

TOD aims to update the idea of transit oriented development for the Anacostia community that has a rich cultural and urban history. The project integrates new building forms in the spirit of the axial D.C. grid to frame a variety of vast new recreation and ecological fields in the extended neighborhood on the Anacostia River.
