ANACOSTIA: ECOLOGICAL REVITALIZATION

This district proposal for Poplar Point in Anacostia, Washington, D.C. focuses on connecting the existing Anacostia neighborhoods with newly proposed ecological corridors.  By sinking portions of the existing highway, stronger connections can be made through the heart of Anacostia to the waterfront of Poplar Point.
